Hey my account keepso closing out out of the app on my Xbox one. Like it will open up and will close out of the app within like 5 secondso of it being open it will close out of it. I've tried unlink the account and linking it up again like 5 times. I've tried uninstallingthe app and downloading it again but it keeps on doing it.... what should I do

I'm having the same problem, tried deactivating the device, reactivated, still crashes about 10 seconds after opening.

Hey guys!

I have a problem reading some videos on my Xbox one and I would like to know if some of you too..? I can't watch Naruto Shippuden nor Boruto.. One piece and Fairytale too don't wanna play.. It's only on my Xbox because if I'm on my computer everything goes perfectly.. I don't understand.. Can someone tell me why?

Can't organize chronologically. Load times are huge. No preview during fastforwarding/rewinding. Can we get all this implemented?

For reordering the queue, you can do that onsite in a browser in /home/queue. There are two controls directly to the left of the icons in your queue that allow you to manually set it however you want. One is an arrow that pops the show to the top, and the other is a double-column of dots that you can use drag-n-drop on to move shows around.

I have been experiencing server errors on my Xbox and phone app for the last two weeks. It only occurs at certain times of the day which i imagine would be high traffic times(like 12pm to 6pm). I can understand that this may be because of high traffic on the server and all that nonsense but as a long time paying customer I would hope that after two weeks of this issue being a problem you would just fix the problem. I love you Crunchryroll please don't make me leave you.

When i found out about this app it was quite surprising as i cant use it when i am in Seoul on my console, but if i am in the united states or Tokyo is works fine.

The app is completely unreliable. I spent over an HOUR trying to watch one stupid episode (as I have done many a night). This is a CONSTANT problem. IF the video starts at all, you get to the first ad break and then it crashes and never works again. A short blurp and then black screen of nothing.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared my data, shortened my queue and all the other ridiculous excuses for not fixing the app "fixes" posted to no avail.

When the app works it is great, but it works next to never. I've thought of going premium, but if can't even work, what is the point?

In the interim, I've left it a scathing review on the store and reported the app for "poor performance". I suggest everyone else with issues does the same. Maybe then it will actually get a fix.
