Please, one look at the environment will tell you that Earth-chan is already taking it hard from all angles.

I'm liking Euphonium S1 more the second time through, maybe just cause I'm familiar with it this time.

It will probably go from a begrudging 6/10 to a more positive-feeling 6/10.

It's a little weird to be reminded that in the S1 ED Kumiko and Reina were tied by a red thread though, it's taking them a long time to go anywhere with that after laying it out so early. Although that's not necessarily a bad thing, but I hope they eventually address what Kumiko's feelings are eventually, with the movie and season 3.

I think the movie is working on that but I can't remember... wonder when we'll get it.

Edit: Oof it's not even in theaters until April 19th.

Also thought a third season had been greenlit but apparently not.

That's a lie, and you know it. Nature attempted to kill you 50 times already today alone, it's Australia

Hope Fairy Gone is good, it's giving me a weak vibe but any strong character stories could bounce it up.

Looks like it could be a strong season in general, will be fun to try everything and see what sticks.

Didn't know we were getting more Strike Witches.

I'm honestly doing pretty good

Been really busy with work lately while also finishing up my Master's thesis and falling sick a bunch of times in addition to that. Now things are starting to stabilize again, which makes me happy, so I hope that lasts.

This made me interested enough to google "unnatural death rate Australia". Did you know that Alzheimer's and Dementia are the most common cause of death among Australian women? Well, you know now.

I got to admit that I was disappointed not to see "death by spidering" show up on that list, though I guess that would fall under "Accidental poisoning", which is number three in Sezzie's age group, so I guess you aren't that far off after all

Looking at the.season charts there honestly isn't much that really sticks out to me.

Got any early recommendations on what I should consider checking out?

If Sezzie is already 21 and survived in Australia her entire life, she probably has biceps as big as my head, grown a manly mustache since birth, and carries a knife that would qualify as a sword anywhere else in the world.

The weak don't survive.

Production quality makes everything a coin flip, but there's a good variety of genres, sequels, and fan-favorite manga so even if a bunch fail there should be a decent selection to choose from I hope.

So by strong I guess I mean it feels like a season that has its bases covered and should have a decent offering overall.

I feel sad right now. Can someone call me Onii-chan and cheer me up?

Ah, gotcha, I was more thinking along the lines that you may have some shows that you're particularly excited about, like an adaptation to a manga you've been reading or a project from a director you like.

I haven't really been able to check out every show these last few seasons due to time constraints, so I find myself relying on recommendations a lot more in comparison to when I just used to watch everything indiscriminately, especially in a season like this where there aren't any sequels or adaptations that I'm particularly looking forward to.

I would like for you not to be sad, but unfortunately I have way too much leg hair to be considered an imouto

I am sorry you're sad.

But I'm too much of an old lady to call anyone Onii-chan, and have no interest in role-play.

It is not roleplay Loreen-sama. It is an acknowledgment of the spiritual connection established between two individuals, bringing together the best of romantic and platonic companionship to give birth to some super ultra-deep loving bond between any two individuals!

*Pats*

I am happy you are still alive though!
