SHHHH!!!!! Every time Hideaki Anno hears mention of the Rebuild films, he delays the last movie another week!

On an unrelated note... Just got my flight confirmed to go Nagoya in September for my 9 months of studying at Nanzan University! The more real this gets, the more surreal it all gets First the acceptance to Nanzan itself, now the flight officially booked, and in a couple days my payment to Nanzan for accommodations and such... Then mid-July I'm put in contact with my host family... It's all getting crazier and crazier!

"In some countries such as Mexico,Germany and Austria Prison escape is not punishable by law . In Mexico, Germany, Austria the law recognizes that it is basic human nature to escape and hence the act of escaping itself is not a crime, although you may be punished for any other crime that you commit during your escape."

"In China, Mexico, Belgium, Germany and Austria, the philosophy of the law holds that it is human nature to want to escape. In those countries, escapees who do not break any other laws are not charged for anything and no extra time is added to their sentence."

Wholesome laws.

I started watching all the TV shows and anime I put on hold during the last 1-2 years. I'm currently watching Handmaid's Tale. So far I like it but I'm a little bit worried about the length. Right now I can't really imagine how this concept is supposed to work for so long but I'm only at episode 3, I could be wrong about it.

That sounds good on paper. But I can imagine that it may be quite a feat to actually break out of jail without hurting someone, stealing something, or breaking something, thus breaking the law. So yeah, if they can do it without actually breaking another law, they probably deserve it lol.

They usually don't get additional time for simply breaking something or maybe stealing something from prison to break out. What's normally important is that they don't hurt or kill someone which isn't much of a problem for the crafty ones anyway. Besides, when they're in an open prison or something similar, breaking out of prisons becomes a lot easier (although it would be stupid to do that hence why it rarely happens).

Started a second project, this one will involve shingles and a chimney. I've made a lot of measuring mistakes with this one though so it's going to look really hacked up fixing them all until the outer layer is added/finished.

Been dragging my feet a lot but it's finally ready to paint this weekend.

Also will need to buy more gray paint after this, should have just enough I think.

Going to try a reddish brown for the shingles, I should test that first actually.

For WoW nerds, was farming warbringers in Pandaria for August Celestials rep to get an exalted pattern on my tailor. The last one I needed also dropped the mount. Was cool.

Edit: It's great how Stormwind's portal room got a revamp but it's still just as inconvenient to enter/exit. And by great I mean not really.

Edit: I wonder how much longer it will take for FGO to make Sun Tzu a loli.

Eh, I'd say the chances are 50-50 on that, really. Or maybe even more 25-75, since a lot of the genderswaps aren't even lolis (sadly). It seems like kinda anyone is susceptible to the genderswap beam in the Nasuverse, and it just depends on what the creators feel like at the time. Sun Tzu would maybe have a bit more chance, seeing as he wouldn't be an outright muscle class like Berserker most likely, so who knows.

I was playing Dragon Quest 7, and I came to a part where one of the party members you had from the beginning leaves your party permanently, however the way it happens irritates me lol. He leaves your party to chase after a girl, and he does it while cucking her fiance. I feel like I wish we could just kill him instead. What JRPG hero just completely quits his quest to save the world to get some ass he met 5 minutes ago. What’s even more irritating is they stick her fiancé in your party for a few dungeons and while you get to know him you learn that he’s a really cool guy and just how serious he is about everything that’s going on.

It's exasperating seeing an anime as an avatar or thumbnail and not being able to figure out where it's from.

Just leads you down a black hole of image aggregate sites that never ends.

Netflix is producing an animated Magic the Gathering?

Doesn't look like we know what it's going to look like yet though. Pretty far out I guess.

Don't know if it's even out yet, but you check out Netflix's Evangelion yet? I'm nervous, as since they're already changing dub VA's, I wouldn't put it past them to change other stuff, like an English version of the OP or removing scenes that would be "controversial" nowadays, like the comatose Asuka part. I'm hoping they don't mess it up too bad, as I can just skip trying to find the last like, 2 DVDs of it I'm missing and watch it there, but if they mess it up any, I'mma avoid it
