Nino isn’t bad mind you, but she just doesn’t have that stability that Miku does. 12 year old me, probably would have went for Yotsuba. 14 year old me for Ichika. 16 year old me, definitely for Nino. But adult me, knows that Miku is the only right choice. ... then again Sailor Mars has been my waifu for like the past 23 years or so. I loved her then and I still love her now... so maybe I’d have chosen Miku back then too? Who knows. Itsuki is cute but I think she won’t be into her own until she finishes college. She’s the late bloomer. I can see her becoming like Kana from Sensei why are you here? Though. Or maybe Mafuyu from Bokuben. Miku was kinda stagnant in the middle but has gotten some nice development in the last few arcs. I'm honestly surprised by how much the girls have changed. Makes me feel bad that only one of them can win in the end. You know, the energy of the whole thing kind of got me riled up. But stepping back, since I haven’t read the manga in over a month, I realize I don’t really like Fuutarou that much lol. So I really wouldn’t even mind if Miku lost that much, I got so many cute moments with her that I’m happy. Funny enough Fuutarou reminds me a bit of a younger me, and I think that’s why I don’t like him lol. I see all the mistakes that I personally made. I guess you can say that Japanese people like protagonists they can identify with, but I prefer those I can admire. |

Nearly all of them are just bots from a few people with too much free time. I think the mods on MAL gave up on banning them after the nonsense a few months ago when a glitch mistakenly brought FMA down from the #1 spot and some idiots started spamming AoT with 1 scores. The glitch wasn't fixed until AoT's score was brought down a couple points and none of the fake scores were removed. No idea why some people are that petty. I guess some people take pride in negatively affecting scores of shows with a few thousand ratings on a website that has no impact on their lives. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ |

I don't rate stuff before I finish it but in this case I'll go throw Chihayafuru 3 a 10 in solidarity. Edit: Looking ahead, DEEN's Majutsushi Orphen reboot is next season. I still can't wrap my head around how that's going to go, it just seems way to 90s for a 2020's audience. |

Pulp Fiction screenwriter gave the Konosuba movie 5 stars. Says it's the reason cinema was invented.

I am also interested in a certain scene with Yunyun. For me the hard choice isn't Megumin or Darkness. It's Megumin or Yunyun. There was also a certain thing cut from the anime that ties into a piece of the plot that should be covered in the movie. I'll put it in spoilers, but this should have been at the end of season 1 Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide The Destroyer robo fortress was actually built by a guy from earth who chose his 'heavenly gift' (like the sword that narcissistic guy got, or Aqua) to be the ability to basically make use of his scientific knowledge in that world. Inside the Destroyer Kazuma and Aqua find his diary. Apparently he was contracted by a kingdom to create the destroyer but he messed up and it went haywire trapping him inside. The diary basically chronicles his descent into madness while he's trapped inside the robot that's essentially just destroying everything in sight automatically. Anyway, they find more of his diary during the events which take place in the movie and they are relevant to the plot. |

AMVs are so cool.
Edit: Also this is some of the funniest antics I've ever seen out of the Critical Role cast but it was on Talks Machina so if you skip the breaks here's the link (no spoilers). Contagious laughter is crazy. |

The first episode of Toradora kind of feels like a great school video project. There's a lot of material there for anyone who wants to be an actor or director or editor/cinematographer, but it doesn't take any complicated props or locations.
And there aren't many long takes either, it's a lot of short takes and editing mostly. I wonder what Toradora! would be called it it were printed in 2019. "A Female Classmate I Don't Know But Who Punched Me in the Face Today Broke Into my House at 2AM to Get a Love Letter Back that She Accidentally Put in my Bag"? Edit: Going to try and blast through the rest of Blue Gender after I get some sleep. Posting about it so I feel obligated later to follow through. |

I'm honestly impressed by the dedication this person has to make so many fake accounts to drop the show's score that much. This person must really hate the show. |

It's interesting listening to Matt Colville interview Jim Murphy about what early D&D was like in the 70s. It was like a pen and paper MMO, it was implied everyone playing D&D was playing in the same world and if you showed up to a game with your character sheet you'd just hop in like it was a LFG/PUG. You could even carry them if you were a higher level.
