Ah, Sailor Moon Crystal. Time to settle in for another 20-some episodes of non-stop rage, as I watch them betray everything I loved about Sailor Moon in my childhood by... actually following the manga. Not having a leg to stand on is probably the worst part.

Alright, let's do this.

Of course Sailor Moon Crystal is not available in the UK I guess Crunchyroll are still unable to persuade Toei to allow then to steam it in the UK

I'm more than happy to blame Toei (and Probably Manga) for this rather than CR.

CR could be to blame for not being able to meet Toei's demands, but, yes, ultimately it's Toei's decision what they do with their shows. Unless, perhaps someone else has a UK exclusive deal we don't know about yet. Manga are probably be happier that we have to buy their DVDs to watch One Piece legally in the UK, but I don't thnk they have anything to do with Sailor Moon.

Apparently this time will be only 13 episodes.

I really wish Toei Europe would stop being so opposed to streaming. Digimon tri could've been the breakthrough, but I suppose it's still business as usual with their other titles.

Going by my Twitter feed, it was a breakthrough in spite of Toei's efforts. Long-time Digimon fans watched it anyway. Only, instead of singing Toei's praises for brinfing it over here, it was watched by hook or by crook.

Same as Sailor Moon Crystal, as I genuinely suspect very few UK fans who watched it used the NicoNico feed. Toei are basically making a huge contribution to the UK anime fandom's continued reliance on fansubs, VPNs and just watching things any damned way we can - despite the existence of legit options, as we can't bloody use them.

I wasn't talking about the UK. I meant in terms of it being available in most of Europe. Usually Toei shows are blocked for the entirety of Toei Europe's area of operation (which I believe is actually Europe, Africa and the Middle East, despite the name), but Digimon tri ended up being on crunchyroll for most of us. Only the large countries (UK, Italy, french- and german-speaking areas) were blocked for that show, which, while not ideal, was a huge improvement over business as usual. My hope was that putting that show on crunchyroll at least in some countries was a sign that a) they aren't as terrified of streaming as they used to be and b) they had finally, finally stopped clinging to completely unrealistic dreams of getting their shows on TV, at least in 'minor' areas where that has not been and will not be an option.
But now, with Sailor Moon Crystal 3, it seems we're back to square one.

I'm really excited for all the new shows. But...why are the subs yellow now? White is so much nicer to look at. There was no reason to change it.

By PST, does it mean PDT, or what? I live in the UK, so we're on BST at the moment, not GMT. I'd like to know when stuff is actually gonna be on

It's daylight savings time in the states, so I'd guess they meant Pacific Time with Daylight savings.
