how to delete account?

i am still a student so i havent make any income yet, and i am here because of free trial from a friend of mine. will they take my money automatically when my trial went out? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!! i really appreciate it

If you want to cancel go to your settings and down to payment and select cancel membership so they wont charge you recurring payments
If it's a 48 hour code they won't charge you

When you guys say "enter email or user name" on the login page, I assume it was to access the SAME account, not create a new one.

I would also like to know how to delete the whole account. I was once a Premium member. My account wouldn't let me update my old card and it got switch back to free. Now it wont even let me get premium account because i already had the free 14 day trial. I try to contact customer service for the second time. Its been about 11 days. Is this normal? also any help would be great.

My recent service request (to fix my inbox count) took 14 days.

To go back to premium try this link: /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

To nuke your account entirely, go to this link: /nuke

OMG thank you so much Asharka. I was just got an email from Customer service and told me, "If you are having issues upgrading to premium because your account has already had a free trial, please try using this link to skip the free trial: http://www.crunchyroll.com/premium_comparison"

let me tell you...it took me to get a "14 free trial" link. its like a never ending circle of annoyance. Thank you for sending me the correct link. you should be in customer service lol. Thanks again!

You would think that after all this time, someone would have taken a little time to add a "Not eligible for a free trial? Subscribe immediately" link to the page that states you aren't eligible.
