Not quite. We do not know how she got sepsis in the first place, and dehydration during detention played a role.

That being said, I'm not defending Kitty's malplaced conservative spin on the facts at hand.

She was only in custody for 8 hours. Exhaustion and starvation didn't just happen in custody. She arrived that way ( crossing a desert is involved after all ). Now, on the other hand, she was in custody for 8 hours so it's quite possible CBP dropped the ball on providing medical care. From their own statement they were aware she had not had food or water for several days.

If only there was some way to reduce illegal immigration so that people stop dying illegally immigrating to the USA. Like some kind of wall. Oh boy that sure sounds awful! LOL

A wall won't do shit. It demonstrates a child's understanding of the problem. Much like many of Trump's ideas.

Most illegal immigration is visa overstays. Not people sneaking across the border to steal your jerbs. While the people that are arriving at your border are increasingly asylum seekers. A wall does absolutely nothing to address either of these problems except piss away billions of dollars on a vanity project you could better spend elsewhere to actually address illegal immigration.

If you think a wall will do anything you don't understand the problem to begin with and should not be involved in trying to solve it. Trump has had 2 years to actually consult with the leading experts on this problem but like everything else he refuses to listen. Insisting that despite the fact he knows fuck and all about a subject, his ideas on how to fix it are the best.

Well yeah. This is a 7 year old child we are talking about. There is absolutely no way there were no signs of irregularity. A kid isn't capable of posturing. Symptoms of dehydration include exhaustion which precedes confusion, sunken eyes, irritability, and dry skin.

It's not just that it's quite possible that CBP "dropped the ball". They absolutely did. She had to have been very visibly sick before she started vomiting. That's way too fucking late for action. Especially considering their location.

My dad just signed up for Obamacare last week, as he retired early to take care of my ailing mother and the only other real option in our area is him paying exorbitant Cobra pricing on his former employer's plan. So nice to see President Turdwhistle backing and celebrating efforts to take that coverage away when my family needs it most, with zero serious plan in the works to cover that kind of loss.

Thankfully the ruling from the judge in Texas won't be the law of the land until it's worked it's way through higher courts.

Not sure why you think that's going to change anything; one more conservative justice isn't nearly enough to overturn the court's last two decisions. And don't forget, even a lot of Republicans don't want to get rid of Obamacare anymore. And the politicians in charge know that if they repeal it without a functional replacement ready, they'll just cost themselves votes.

The funny part is that this judgement does not assert that Obamacare is unconstitutional, it asserts that Obamacare was made unconstitutional through changes to the law brought about by the Trump administration. Trump is bragging about how he predicted Obamacare was unconstitutional all along but he was the one who made it this way (at least according to this Judge).

I find it amusing when people bash on paying taxes for people with pre existing consitions like cancer. Sickle cell. Asthma etc.

But are perfectly fine paying taxes for stuff like our overly large military spending.

You wouldnt leave all of our military to corperations so why do you want to leave peoples health to them?

Also there are more raidoshacks then immigration courts. A walls not going to fix a damn thing. Its a vanity project and a waste of money.

There are only
58 immigration courts in the country. Which is a pitiful amount when compaired to the

94 district courts and 13 circuit courts that dont handle immigration.

In otherwords this unconsitutionality would in effect reverse Trump's sabotage of the ACA.

Thanks Obama.

Bushy has zero ability to socialize and instead wants to dominate a conversation so that we only talk about the stuff he wants to talk about. Ever notice that anytime you ask anything of him, he just replies with a string of nonsensical conspiracy posts that have nothing to do with what you might ask him? That's classic signs of someone with no interest in anything you have to say.

Bushy has a combination of low IQ and a mental impairment which he uses to justify his selfishness and toxic behavior. My advice is simply not talk to him ever.

Yellowkitty, has potential to be a good person, she got upset at me when I said she was conflating socialism with nazis. Bushy is incapable of that. Let's just hope for her sake, she is nothing like Bushy.

They shouldn't have gotten sick in the first place or get in an accident or be born with degenerative disease or some sort of birth defect. What were they thinking? /s

Probably needed some consoling after the midterm massacre. Most of the usual suspects have been MIA since then.
