1. Canceled my Crunchyroll subscription about a month ago to try the VRV combo pack.


2. Found out I didn't gain much that I wanted and lost manga + certain animes. canceled VRV and tried to come back to Crunchyroll.


3. My profile page says "Free Member" but my settings page says "Premium Member" and that my service is still active even though I canceled it.


4. So now when I try and sign back up for a premium membership it says I can't because I am already a premium member, but I'm still having to watch ads on shows because I am also simultaneously a free member? I have no idea what is going on. I am getting conflicting things here. I'm trying to reactive my account but the system won't let me.


I have tried twice now to contact Crunchyroll through their support page and they have not answered me. I sent it out on June 3rd and have not heard back since. What is going on?

Your not the only one unhappy with customer service.

WHERE IS THE REAL SUPPORT!!

Your company is too big & too well paid to be having a lack of support.
It's like microsoft trying to say it can't afford phone support.

Fix my account, or expect a customer who does not sleep to keep
bothering you for support!

I have my own thread go see it.

As for the original guy, hope they fixed your stuff as we have a similar issue.
