Also, california's minimum wage isn't $15, it's $10.50. Many states actually have higher, including DC, Mass. and Washington with $11 Many of these places have plans to incrementally increase them to $15, but, for the most part, these places aren't doing too shabby.

I repeat, the restaurant industry is volatile as fuck, and it's going to fall in on itself.

People have billions of dollars, why the fuck does it matter, people should be offered a livable wage. We all can't be rich, but people can buy 500 million dollar yauts. How many people could you help with that money.

It's all a joke, but nobody look at the billionaire, no fuck that, creating money from nothing. In the end it doesn't matter if we increase minimum wage or not, we are all taking it up the ass one way or another, might as well buy your lube now and brace yourself.

So redistribute money from bill gates to min wage workers?

Living with that much wealth, if you are only concerned with what your money can do for you, why create this tunnel vision? When the only thing we see Is what people can buy. What's the point of having that much money if you don't give people the opportunity to actually want to do something for themselves instead of buying into temptation and satisfaction. You are where you are because of those people. If someone who dictates and conducts business doesn't appreciate their workers for their service, where is the bond? What respect must someone show you in order to be square?

Minimum wage means pulling the strings, don't let the puppet master fool you, nothing has changed, and the people will still work for peanuts, because they rely on it.

This is a beautiful play, and we are all part of it, don't forget that

What tunnel vision? Well Bill Gates made a highly successful business and is profiting from doing so. Yes I have a job because my boss put his money and time on the line to create a business that he employs me at. If they don't appreciate their workers they are going to have tons of turn over and waste money on endless training. What...?

Well duh. When you raise min wage the price of everything goes equal to the gain in min wage so you have effectively gained nothing.

What...?

So then we come to our conclusion, now the important part. What's the point of making this thread when you knowingly understand that nothing has changed with or without minimum wage increase?

Isn't it about time people realize, if you offer someone shit, they still take it. Offer them a little more So it effects the rest of the country, or province. If you pay more, we pay more.

People can be making 20 an hour. What's the difference? You get paid more, you get taxed more, adding insult to injury let's also get paid bi weekly. What's the difference? Their money will still be drained out into the system again and again.

Minimum wage is a joke. What? Oh no it's going to put us in debt added to our debt, on top of more debt. What difference does it make? It's funny how people are still living in poverty in 2017. You think our advanced world can save their people, but we would rather have disorderly conduct , or charity deductibles, tax right offs. Don't forget to upgrade to Windows 10 though, or your monthly subscriptions. People are living in poverty? Meh, let the tax payers solve it. People aren't living in poverty? Meh....... tax them more, because we feel they are making too much . You will never win

Cutting corners and keeping accuracy. Those are the money makers daddy. Amazon will soon be the single entity of our entire operation. They will have billions of dollars, but all I see is smoke and mirrors. Money is a funny thing. I feel like taking out a bunch of 20s right now just to throw in front a group of people just to watch them scurry for it like rats or will they deny it as it sits there waiting, soo many outcomes

$30/hr ? automation is the answer!

I'm in favor of people just buy food and cook at home.. let's stop going to those fast food stores and restaurants.. It's healthier and you get more for your money anyway.
