My daughter has a few. Sometimes I give her my loose change.

Thinking about it now, i think i always used to have so many coins to save up in the past because i would go out more.
A wallet full of coins (and usually absent of notes) was always a sign and the remnants of a big night out.
I guess i didn't just pay with my card so much back then either. I dont seem to find mysel with a wallet full of coins so much now. But i guess when i actually do i will often spend them to get rid of them, rather than put them in a money bank like i used to.

I was wondering if anyone has a piggy bank or some kind of coin bank for loose change. Because I have an electronic one and it has some change in it but not a lot either.

What do you think?

The question should be, does anyone actually keep their savings in denominations of unbacked fiat currency anymore?

I've been putting all my spare change into a glass liquor jug for a few years and when it gets full I take it to the bank and cash in all the coins. I've only emptied it like twice I think, and the last time I did it had like $60 or so in it worth of change. Recently I went to the store with a friend and came across a big ceramic Pokeball shaped piggy bank that looked really cool so I bought that to replace the glass jug. It holds like the same amount of coins too. It's also getting pretty full so I'll probably cash them in soon

I put my coins in a plastic bag, and then dump it at the coin ATM at the bank.

No but i keep a beer mug on top of my dryer for change. I'm one of those guys that never remembers to take the change out of his pockets before doing laundry so the set up works for me. Luckily I don't carry much cash anymore. xD

I got a small box where I put any coins that are old. I have a penny that I found that's from the 1930's.

They have a different back
