Still trying every time I'm at the gym and still the same thing. It sucks because the PSVita app is so good at downgrading video quality when bandwidth isn't optimal. Using it on the gym's shared WiFi so that feature is important. Using my smartphone for now and the video just stops playing to buffer instead of what the PSVita does (yes cellphone app is already on Low quality setting).

Please fix PSVita app as soon as possible...

it's obvious this app is their lowest priority, but does it seriously take over a month to fix it?

I know, right? I feel I've binned money for the last month since I've been paying for Crunchyroll for an unexistant service on the PSTV, which is what I use. I was ok with having to wait some days, a week, two weeks... but over a month is literally throwing premium users' money.

Good news!!!

I just played an episode of TsureDure Children and My Hero Academia with no problem on my PSVita (the 1000 model). You guys might want to check on your devices if it's fixed for all Vita hardware (I'm guessing it is).

Yeah, I only tried one series, but it worked flawlessly for six episodes. Thanks, because I find the Vita easier on my eyes than my phone.

The symptoms described in this thread (created about a year ago) about video lagging/freezing while audio remains fine have started happening again in my case. Everything started about 1 week ago (may 18, 2018).

At that time I remember Crunchyroll was updating their video encoding algorithm or something similar ... I wonder if the same is happening this time as well?

I'm also having this issue as well. For me it started on wednesday, may 23rd. I imagine others may be having this issue as well.

Yeah, I recently started having issues with Vita streaming also. Video will bug out slightly, pixels will jump a bit somewhere on screen, then sound won't match video.

Same problems here, started with video bugging a bit and audio going out of sync every minute or so. Now I can't even play any videos, I can play the first few frames of video at whatever point I skip to, along with 10 or so seconds of audio and then it loops back. The video time counter doesn't move at all during this.
