Lemon chicken, I have dreams about cheese filled wonton and Red wine sauce. Being an Asian in Taiwan, the Chinese restaurants in America are godly :O, fried rice and hot and sour soup

Welp, the salmon sushi, california roll, fried soft shell crab, and fried oyster are really good, but it's not Chinese food

Most Chinese food in the states are not actually Chinese food. Its asianish food.

As much as they are not the authentic Chinese food, their quality is actually better than the original. Now 5 dollars for fried rice/fried noodle, lemon chicken, and hot and sour soup, even that price is worth it here


P.S In my opinion, food here use way too much soy sauce and MSG, it's not healthy
P.S Well that means I would also have to argue if lemon sauce is healthy or not, I'm sure U.S food has a better quality control
