I prefer it baked with a bit of breading and garlic powder for seasoning. Serve baked breast with rice, vegetables, and water or tea and I'm quite happy indeed. I do occasionally like to splurge and eat it fried, though. When I go for that I figure I might as well go all-in since it's already unhealthy, so I double bread it and fry it until it's nice and crisp. Serve that up with honey for dipping, generously cut chips soaked in vinegar, and a light salad to let you pretend you're getting some nutrients out of the meal and you're all set.

Grilled. Only familiar with grilled and fried chicken. I can not eat fried chicken - it can't make it past my gag reflex.

I love chicken fajitas, but will eat grilled chicken like normal too.

I enjoy each of the options that are listed, but I prefer the taste of grilled, baked, barbeque or roasted chicken.

I poach mine in water and serve it in a homemade sauce or gravy. It comes out so tender you can cut it with a fork. That's my favorite way, fried boneless is my second.

Chicken Piccata! It's a flour-dredged chicken dish with a butter/white wine/lemon/caper sauce. Usually served with some yummy fresh pasta like fettuccine or my favorite Pappardelle! Easy to cook and definitely a crowd pleaser for guests.

Taste wise, all of them but fried chicken tops all because it is an indispensable classic to me.

Preparation-wise, baked coz it's the easiest to prepare.
