I am lying if I said to be chill, I am lying if I said to be sad, I am lying if I said to be rational. I am just happy and building castles in the air.

I don't know, pay them to make a second season of some anime or other, buy some potato chips. Probably buy some other stuff too.

I'd donate some to charity, buy that house and land with a fence and dare anyone to step over that threshold of the fence, and pretty much live on with the existence that I have already. it's a good existence so that's what matters most. well after uncle sam got his "fair share" of it of course.

Is there a point on donating to charity? its 2017 and people are still living without clean water?

None of the above.

With that kind of money you would control a sizable portion of global wealth. Whatever you do will affect the markets, so the usual economic assumptions don't apply. Investing is for example difficult, as you would need to find enough good securities to buy, all the while driving up prices as you have to outbid everyone else (and making them no longer good investments so you have to turn to the next thing). There's also absolutely no way that the government would not regulate you.

Having said that, investment for personal profit would be pointless since I'd gain nothing by having even more money I couldn't spend on myself. The only sensible investment would be in people. I would invest in society by diverting money to R&D, education, infrastructure, etc. This not only makes the world a better place but also buys one good will.

And then for fun I'd retire on Mars.

Probably pay for what needs to paid for like college, finances, damages. And then put a lot in insurance and then donate the rest to a cause I strongly stand with.

I would live my dreams and the end my life at some point.
What would my dreams be in life? I could just buy it. Sad days.

-Edit- I would just rather not win that much money.

Invest to make more money, then start my own manga/anime company since I am tired of the good mangas I like being cut off before the end. Plus I could make animes out of the mangas I enjoy!
