Hello All,

:fury: I have been trying for 2 weeks to get help with VRV. My first month of premium worked great across all the channels in the combo pack. Then this months payment was taken and no more access to any of it in HD and AD's. I tried this website directly for premium access and it says i do not have premium anymore.

At this point due to the lack of RESPONSE from support on both sides i no longer want it fixed, I want a Full Refund. I know i am well within my rights, as what i am paying for has not been provided. I have tried all 3 web browsers (chrome, Firefox and Edge) on Windows 10 . All of them tell me i am not premium yet VRV shows it received payment and tells me i am premium in the account screen. The does the same on my android phone even after uninstall and reinstall.

I request a refund before end of next week 7/14/17 or i will go to BBB (Better Business Bureau) and Court for this bait and switch tactic.

i have canceled my current pack as to no response from support as i do not get charged AGAIN and get nothing for it. This is really sad i want to support anime but all the companies can't keep their shit together.

WARNING TO ALL CRUNCHY ROLLL AND VRV MEMBERS. IF THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY THEY WILL NOT EVEN REPLY TO YOU!

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO JOIN THE LAWSUIT PLEASE MESSAGE ME DIRECTLY THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED AND I WILL GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION OF THE CASE NUMBER AND THE BBB (better buisness bureau) CASE.

I have repeatedly asked for help and they keep closing my tickets. I have proof of all of this and I can show you how to get proof. When i have a website forum set-up to join the lawsuit i will post it.

I wish crunchyroll/vrv realized how to handle customers before it got this far.

Also if a moderator chooses to delete or lock this topic this would only further my case. As i have copies of when this was posted.

I agree with this, I have lost my premium to crunchyroll even though my VRV account is linked and active.

From what I can see, you're showing as a Premium member here. It can sometimes take a few hours for the linked account status to sync between CR and VRV.

no i canceled VRV and re subbed to cruchyroll, the linking has had far too many glitches, I had VRV since they announced it, it wasn't a recent thing. today was just the last straw, I am not dealing with this VRV scam any more. VRV had almost no content updates, and even on it's site I was having to watch crunchyroll with commercials its bullshit

I am having the same exact friggin issue with VRV. Over a week now of trying to contact to support and not even a response from them saying "hey let me look into it and we'll get back to you". Nothing. They don't care about customers I swear, all I want to do is purchase a premium subscription so I can keep watching the shows I want. Instead I get "something Went wrong. Let's not talk about". Every single time. 4 cards and 4 different devices to try and get this done? You guys don't want my money? Are you kidding me, this is ridiculous. Learn about customer service!
