Premium but still getting ads?

I got charged 6.99 and i still get adds why dows this happen??

Seems the app is all kinds of fucked up telling me I have no membership on my ps4 but log into the same account on my pc and its still showing my membership

I’ve had premium for the longest time and I go back into the app after a while to find out it’s giving me ads. Why? I’ve had it premium on the same account for over a year or 2

The premium membership on the account you are writing from expired in February. If the billing is still active on iTunes, you need to reach out to their customer service to have it properly terminated, and then resubscribe.

I have cancelled itunes subscriptions and signed back up for premium on your website. have had CR before and recently signed back up for it. Why are the ads still popping up? I reached out tot apple and they said that because you are a 3rd party app, you have to address the problem. I dont want to cancel again and find another app to use, but I will. any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you:

logged out in the app
uninstalled/reinstalled the app
deactivated the device association with the account on it here: /acct/?action=devices
Then restarted the app, gone back into settings, and re-login using the username/email/password that you are using to post here on the web?

I’ve been a member since 2015, and been using iTunes to pay thru and no problem. But now, I got an ads. Helppppp. Already did all the suggestions above but still not working.

Stop using iTunes and sub directly through here, maybe? In any case, if you sub through iTunes, then you have to fix it through Apple support.

omg crunchyroll responder!!! Bruh you sending people around the block. Everyone this is the easier way...... sign up on your computer when doing your trail, and then log into your phone. That way you leave out all of that lol. I just had the same issue and what is the point of going thru another person when dealing with someone? Then again we are getting a deal so I will shut my butt up lol. Now crunchyroll raise the price and do this for us. Im sure the world is now telling me to stfu

I’ve been having the same problem as all of the above, which is ads. I’ve reached out and received no response after the initial response, through the contact link. I’ve paid twice this month on both iTunes and crunchyroll.com, and I’m still getting ads. Obviously you guys have quite the hustle going on, but I was wondering if there were anyway that I could possibly speak to someone? Especially since you guys don’t necessarily “help”. I love crunchyroll, beautiful deals but If you’re going to tell me to go contact someone and never answer after the first response than I’ll just get another app, this isn’t worth the trouble. It’s 2018 bruh, I haven’t had this problem in years.

Okay so I purchased a premium membership and yet I don’t have any of the benefits. The purchase went through it shows in my bank statements and even on my status it says ‘free’which it’s not supposed too. It’s very frustrating I tried contacting customer service but all they send me is “Thanks for reaching out. We just wanted to send you a short note to help get your issue taken care of quicker.“ then they send me the FAQs and such. What’s happening.

A support request responds with two unhelpful bot mails before you get the third mail from an actual person, anywhere from hours to even days later...

I am a premium member too, and only seem to have ads on the Xbox versions. Super annoying, 1 more problem like this and I will end the subscription and probably not ever return. This service just seems to take money and not improve on their services in anyway, other than cosmetics and frankly it looks nice enough as is. You should be working on getting more servers and bug fixes.

So found out why I’m having ads, it’s because the app will not log me in, maybe because I’m signed in on my phone, but still, unacceptable, I’ve used this service for years and this is the first time I’m dealing with this problem. I don’t know if logging out will fix that because I’m not even able to attempt logging on my Xbox. So annoying that I’m being forced to use the non premium version, I only come to watch new shows the day they are out. So now I’m forced yet again to use a illegal streaming site because the legal one fails to service they’re viewers with the content they desire.

You should be able to log on on more than one device at a time. Have you tried contacting support /contact to resolve the issue
