Not showing I'm a premium member i have been charged by muly bank and it already appears in my itunes bill, attached you'll find the photo of the charge for the ongoing month

The problem with buying membership through iTunes is that you need to work out any problems with Apple support. CR doesn't have access to their system and everything is triggered from there when you deal with Apple.

Also, $119? Wow, that's way too much. I only pay $59 for my 12 month membership here using paypal as my pay method.

How long does my account say I've not been premium? I'm still paying, so I'm being conned. Why was there no communication to either us or iTunes? I am getting InTouch with ombudsman and trading standards. I need back payment from someone and it is going to happen

If you paid through iTunes, then you need to request your refund through apple support. CR doesn't have access to their billing systems.

At least yours is still a premium member, mine was changed to Free a few days ago and still waiting on that response from contacting support.
