Hi

I've been trying to make a premium membership on crunchy roll a lot of times now, and every time I put in my correct card numbers, it says I have to enter a zip code. Now I live in Denmark and I am not familiar with what to write there, so I've just been trying to write random numbers and stuff, but apparently it still wrong. I'm getting really frustrated, cause it shouldn't be that hard. Will you please either remove it or make it more clear what to do, if you do not live in a country where a zip code is common?

Is your credit card from a bank in Denmark, or is it from a bank from where you lived before? If so, just enter the zip code of the address in which you previously lived. If that doesn't work, contact your bank and they should be able to advise you on what you should enter in the box.

Do note 'zip code' is just the US way of saying 'postal code'
Which Denmark has https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_postal_codes_in_Denmark .
If you have entered in your actual one and it's been rejected then try putting a zero 0 in front of it. So if it's 1799 then try 01799.

Putting in completely random numbers 34435 for example wont do anything other then label the transaction as sussy could even tell your bank the card has been stolen in some aspects.
