I need help finding my new binge watch. The shows I've most enjoyed have some kind of "romance" to them. For example: Oran highschool host club, Fairytail, and La Corda d'Oro to name a few. With those listed could anyone think of a show similar that I may like?

I don't know if Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, or Burato have the amount of romance you're looking for. But they do have some small qualities that are similar to Fairy Tail, at least I think so. Also they are good series to binge.

Maybe you should try Fullmetal Alchemist. The romance between Edward and Winry, tho not very explicit nor the main focus of the anime, is still worth wacthing. It's very cute and the plot is one of the best out there

There are 64 episodes iirc...

School Days is here on CrunchyRoll. It has romance, drama, mystery, intrigue.
Crunchyroll.com/school-days

Monthly Girls Nozaki-kun is a fun light hearted rom-com that follows a girl and her crush (Who happens to be a Mangaka) and their friends.

The Kawai Complex Guide to Manors and Hostel Behavior is a funny rom-com with interesting quirky characters.

The Devil is a Part Timer is a fun slice of life comedy where a demon lord gets transported to earth basically stripped of all his powers and has to adapt and adjust to society where he eventually ends up working at McDonald's to make ends meet. Romance is in the show however it's not as prominent as the others I've listed.

Oh yeah, keep in mind all of these anime are short, like 12-13 episodes short.

It's not as classic as the ones you've mentioned, but Princess Jellyfish is a really great show about a fashionable cross dressing guy who falls in love with an otaku girl and tries to save her friends and her apartment, partly out of love, and partly for fashion. It's hilarious and adorable, and watching Kuranosuke and Tsukimi struggling with their feelings for each other, while also falling in love with making clothing is so great.

Beyond the Boundary is an action packed, dramatic story about two people who consider themselves supernatural outcasts, and how they close the gaps in each other's hearts. It's not as popular as I wish it would be, but it's so good. The pairing finds solace in each other's company. They'd be mostly okay without each other, but when they're together, they're better versions of themselves. Mirai relaxes enough around Akihito to open up and be the silly self she must have used to be before her tragedy occurred. In Mirai's company, Akihito gradually stops seeing the people around him as security guards and more as his friends.Their desperation and loneliness, and their attempts to support each other are a little obstinate, but very sweet.

This one personally isn't my taste, but my brother recommends it highly.
Oregairu is a story about people who just can't get along with others. Through interacting with each other, the main three identify their friends, and their own flaws, and try to correct them. There's a delicate love triangle hanging there that no one wants to acknowledge.
It's also really funny. The first season is definitely more focused on comedy and shenanigans, while the drama (along with the art) ramps up in the second.

Also, tragedy of the decade, Your Lie in April. It's really beautiful. Just trust me on this one.

If you're willing to ditch the romance a little, Magi is in my opinion, a better series in the same genre as Fairy Tail.
It's about magic, cool fights, political intrigue, and morality. If Magi's a bit too much for you, its spinoff, Sinbad is a much more condensed and straightforward adventure that's just as fun to watch.
Also Aladdin is reaaaaaaaally cute!!

If you haven't seen it yet, Youkai Otome Zakuro is on here and it's a fun watch. Convenience Store Boyfriends on here is also pretty good as is Tsurezure Children which AnimeFreakFreaks pointed out. My latest addiction is Monster Strike although I've learned that there are "specials" not on Crunchy that are on the Official Monster Strike Channel on Youtube. There's quite a bit of romance going on there now that season 2 is underway .
