My account was also stolen by [email protected]

I've contacted support but haven't heard anything beyond automated responses.

The third time is when you get an actual response from a human

Seems to be back to normal now. I've changed every password using my password manager, and added two step authentication to virtually every account.

Thanks.

Support: /contact

You will get two unhelpful bot mails fairly quickly, but then anywhere from hours to perhaps even days later, a third email will be from a real person.

My account has been Stolen. The original email was [email protected] I submitted a ticket: (This was 2 days ago )

I received an Email today that says my account information has changed to a different email address ([email protected]) when it was the email address ([email protected]). I have contacted the holder of this email but would like to cancel my subscription on that account. I have a screenshot of the email to prove this.
If you could transfer back the account over to the original email that would be the best case scenario as the membership would not have to be canceled.
Any help would be appreciated.

My main account has also been hijacked by someone who changed the primary email to [email protected] (Frankly I have no issue with posting their email to a public forum. If it isn't a throwaway then they deserve whatever they get.) What I did discover however, by following through on the advice given under Crunchyroll's FAQ, is that by going to https://haveibeenpwned.com/ I was able to find out there was a security breach. Over 600+ people are having the same issue right about now.

Since the 22nd of FEB 679 emails and passwords have just been publicly available for anyone to take.
