Idk the rules for posting so this will probably get ignored or removed but i feel like i still need to say how unimpressed I am with the new crunchyroll update. It looks great and i haven't looked at different things associated with it all i noticed was all my queue was deleted. The whole reason i use this site is because it is great at keeping track of what i am up to and i can just jump on one once a week to see which shows have new episodes. Now i have to go through my whole history to try and put it all back together. I know this might sounds lame or sooky but I really was crushed when i logged on to find a completely empty queue. Please consider these things next time you make an "improvement" to your already great site.

It sounds like an accident. In all likelihood, someone dropped a database table or used a delete statement without a "where" clause. Hope you feel better soon! Someone out there probably feels bad about screwing up and I hope he or she feels better too.

I've moved this to Site Support. Is there any reason you assume there's been some update? Has it been a long time since you visited the site (I haven't seen any significant update recently and never one that affected my queue.) Have you contacted support (you can do that using the /contact form.

Many times when I hear someone has a significantly changed queue it's either because they are traveling outside their usual region (for example, when visiting Japan almost none of CR's video is available, so the queue could appear empty) or because their account has been compromised and someone else has accessed it and made changes. This can happen if you've used the same email and password on another site where there's been a security breach. You should change your password and remove any devices you don't recognize here: https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=devices
