I haven't really done much that I really think was bad. I stole candy from Great America once, but like whatever.

I guess I would have to say the worst thing I've done is pushing people away. I do that a lot though.

Since this thread is about dumb stuff we did that we should feel all boo-hoo guilty, I'm so sorry over, here: I did spray paint graffiti on what I would later learn were old people's houses. This was when I was like 12 or something and I still don't think it matters. I likely made those folks day giving them something to be irate and self-important about, as though they'd been targeted personally when I just wanted to paint dumb shit on someone's cookie-cutter house in suburbia. I bet they preyed for the young, misguided souls who had defaced their property at chruch and they just loved it.

lol well the audience here are a bunch of NEETs and otakus so I highly doubt they will engage in physical altercations or any felonies. Maybe an occasional DUI here or there.

The worst I've ever done is take down the stop sign because I got pulled over for it. It was needlessly in a rural area. It served no purpose but to generate traffic citations.

I once made a brand new Private E-2 run 2 miles to get a box of grid squares from our 1st Sargent who wasn't very happy and wouldn't share his grid squares

I came into existence.

In terms of things under my control: I failed to take care of myself because I was scared half to death and now almost no one IRL knows, yet I've keep on forging on pretending that everything is okay. I'm even in school right now, having taken out loans. I'm a horrible person.

You seem to be overthinking things. There's no poignant meaning to it or anything, I genuinely think the purpose of it is what you're described people have been doing. I know this isn't my thread, but I don't tend to create threads with the underlying notion that everyone is a cold-blooded psychopath who have done some horrific shit.

You are right, I didn't make my point very clear. I don't want or expect people to come to this thread and admit to truly terrible things they've done. Maybe I am overthinking this, pretty sure most forum posts ever made have been an exercise in overthinking mostly pointless b.s., so I'm ok overthinking it a bit. When a threads stated purpose is for people to admit the worst thing they've ever done and instead they are just going to admit to something that is not a big deal and also likely not the worst thing they've done then it seems like the purpose of the thread is to congratulate ourselves over how low-key our proclaimed worst deeds are because it makes us look like decent people or whatever. It's lame. I think it's lame. I gave my reasons for why I think it is lame.

I guess I came into this thread wanting to see people really digging deep into their past misdeeds. I thought that would be entertaining and maybe insightful. But whatever, I was wrong. No big deal.

Don't get me wrong, I never disagreed with you. I was merely siting that what you thought was poignantly lame, was just plane lame. No poignancy.

One time I spat at one of my friends and hit their face...on purpose.

LOL. Thank you for this response. You hit the nail on the head. This is exactly how I felt reading through this thread. I've done at least 10 or so terrible things in my life that are WAY worse than anything else mentioned in this thread so far. But I guess I'm just the most evil person on CR (though the nazi sympathizers in the Daily Donald thread sure do give me a run for my money).

As for what those terrible things are...

I guess the worst thing I ever done was to help prevent WWIII back in the late 70's, the longer I live the more I believe the missiles should have flown back then.
