This video illustrates what's more to come: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFSW0id36FA

His notion that Christopher Columbus was the initial European's capitalistic invasion is complete trash. Back in those times the economic institutions were feudalism and mercantilism.

However, it wasn't his interest to begin with, it was imperialism.

What exactly is the standard for destroying our past history?

Do we get rid of the faces of the dollar bill, twenty dollar bill, and the hundred dollar bill because they were all slave owners?

This is silly. Even native Americans took slaves. What should we do about that? Tear down the casinos?

Makes me wonder if that guy also thinks you learn from mistakes by pretending they never happened. Even bad history needs to be preserved, the past is a lesson both on what to do/improve and on what to NOT do.

Leftist will continue to break artifacts of U.S. history. I predict during President Trump's tenure, the founding father's statue will be broken. More violence will erupt between the leftist themselves. The center of the political spectrum will fall more into conservatives to preserve whatever is the lasting of freedom of speech.

Trump will win again in 2020, when moderate Democrats see how destructive the progressive lefts are.

225 year old monument

Destroyed in an instant. History being demolished before our very eyes.
To those that think history 'can't be erased' I ask you to please look up the recent Trump tweet about General Pershing and the media response to that. All it took was a couple of documents to not get looked at for a few years and its like history never happened. When every last monument is torn down, you think history books aren't next? Its already begun in the Marxist indoctrination camps we call schools.

The leftist indoctrination of schools have already invaded in our textbooks. McGraw-Hill had to apologize for calling 'slaves', 'workers':

You're right it's vandalism to demonstrate his political and socio-economic beliefs.

Exhibit A: Marxist indoctrination and history revision at work.

Fact are scary aren't they? Safer and easier to just dismiss them off hand as subversion Sad really you're acting just like what you condemn

This is why I wasn't really happy when there was the big push to tear down the confederate statues.

yes some of them may have done bad things and been slave owners. But you don't just pretend every bad person in history didn't exist!

Also people need to stop acting like only bad people owned slaves. I mean it was the way things were back then and plenty of good people owned slaves for one reason or another. I'm not saying slavery is a good thing but that doesn't make everyone who was a part of the system bad. Some were just a product of their times.

Also not all confederates were interested in slavery. Another reason that started the civil war, and in many ways was actually the main reason, was the north was where the capital and industry was while the south was where the agriculture and such were. But because the money flows in industry more than farming the south was losing power to the north and this was leading to various political issues.

I won't go into them but the point is the south had more reason to break off than just protecting slavery. Now again this doesn't mean I think the south was right to try to break off. But people are trying to make it a war about slaves and then trying to bury it because even acknowledging slavery was a thing is offensive these days.
