I'm sitting here eating breakfast before heading off to college. And I asked my mother why she didn't eat breakfast since she was the one who taught me, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Her answer was that she just isn't hungry in the morning.
I personally can't live without breakfast and need a big breakfast. (Oatmeal, coffee, juice and a bowl of fruit)

So I am curious how many are like my mother or like me. What are your breakfast routines? Are you hungry in the morning and need a big breakfast, or can you live on only a cup of coffee, or are you just simply not hungry until lunch?

I only eat two meals now since it has helped me lose a ton of weight a large breckfast and large dinner.

1000 calorie breakfast 1000 calorie dinner.

My breakfast routine is the same as my dinner meat and cheese maybe some lettuce sometimes and more meat.

Yeah if you don't eat breakfast you're pretty silly. you slept for 8 hours. You are just going to go about your day without having anything?

I don't eat food.I've trained my body to survive on air alone.I try to inhale as much air as I can during the day to get my daily quota of nutrients.Hope this helps.

I agree. It's silly not to eat anything in the morning but then I asked my friends at school. And I got surprised by the answer. 6 out of 8 didn't eat breakfast in the morning. Maybe they would have a cup of tea or coffee, but nothing else because they weren't hungry and couldn't eat anything in the morning.

Usually something light like cereal or eggs and toast.

You learned how to quote, moving up. You should encourage them to eat. I mean studies have show it improved grades but it's pretty obvious. It gives you the kickstart or whatever. Even if it's just coffee and toast
You have a lot of friends though. That's like 9 more than me

Haha I did.
I don't really pry into their lives. But I do agree with you.
Lmao, it's more like classmates than friends to be honest. Which is why I don't really wanna tell them what to do. We aren't that close.

I eat breakfast when I'm working, because there's no guarantee that I'll get a lunch break... Or even get off at a reasonable time. No, I don't have regular breaks, either. I'm putting in upwards to 70 hours a week (71 on my last paycheck). I can't do that without breakfast.

I start work too early to have a proper breakfast. But i will often have a muesli bar or a le snack or a carrot or something. But some days nothing.
I actually dont eat all that much at work either. I tend to eat more afterwards. Bad for putting on weight but it's an evil shift that i work.

As far as weekends, yeah i will have breakfast but often i dont eat for hours after getting up. I often have breakfast more towards lunch time. But iam not a morning person.

I rarely get hungry when I wake up, so I hate eating breakfast, but my pressure goes to shit if I don't, so I eat something light just to tide over for a couple hours until I can actually eat

Gah, I hate eating in the morning. Usually ain't hungry in the morning as well, no idea why. What I do is just wait an hour or 2 after waking up before eating. When it comes to work and/or school, then that'd be lunch time, I guess. So it works out. The last 3 years in school for me, I never really ate breakfast, wasn't really hungry ever.
