It seems that Iowa, and several other states, are working to change healthcare within their states on their own, since efforts to repeal or alter Obamacare haven't really gone anywhere in congress.

It will be interesting to see if some variant of it passes, is allowed by the feds (esp since it requires essential care coverage which is anathema to large segments of the Republicans), and whether any insurer will bite

GlAd that the states are taking the initiative.

On the federal side of things Trump is slashing Obamacare advertising by 90% or $90 million.

Well Obamacare wasn't a constitutional amendment and the 10th amendment could be streched like crazy.

I can't read the full article. Are the states trying to maintain the ACA in defiance of Fed republicans, expand it, or repeal/reduce it?
