I contacted support to try and figure out why I was not receiving email/web notifications about new episodes posted to anime within my Queue list that are part of the current simulcast season. I'd gotten two or three replies and was able to them reply via my email, I received another saying some changes were made and to see if they worked, that was on Tuesday the next scheduled show with a upcoming ep was Thursday, The ticket was closed Wednesday leaving me unable to reply that the issue has not been resolved.

This leads to the next point.

During this I'd noticed that I can't log into the support section of crunchyroll at all, I had included this information in a email reply to my ticket but it was never addressed/acknowledged.

The support site it tells me my email/password combo is wrong which obviously isn't the case considering I can log into the main website, I can post here, and enjoy all the benefits of my premium membership while watching content from my account. No ads are very nice!

Second when I tried to change my password on the support site it literally says "You are not allowed to reset your password."

What do.

Image posting: Take out the "$" in front of the number after the uploaded crimg bbcode appears, it's a bug

Updated queue emails: Hasn't worked since I opened an account here. Use the RSS feed inventively instead:

Can't log in to the support site, it's just for looking, don't know why they made it look like you can, possibly future enhancement....

The email support link you had been using is the only means of /contact I wouldn't bother following up with the notification thing, though. It's broken and short of a major rewrite isn't going to be fixed soon.

Ahh so thats what that was.. well it was purely a snapshot of the error saying I can't change my password on the support site so if the site itself doesn't actually have any ticket management system to log into then that is moot.. and quite odd but at least that's resolved.

I'll look into the RSS feed solution, not used those in years after moving to Chrome from Opera.. rather odd that Chrome doesn't have it's own built in RSS manager..
