Just wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any ideas on what could be causing it..

Every time I log into crunchyroll, there's a bunch of random episodes of random shows in my history! The longer I go without logging in, the more episodes added to my history that I never watched.

I tried changing my password (which is supposed to log you out of crunchyroll everywhere) and it's still happening.
I also thought that my niece was getting a hold of the roku remote but not only is the remote always in the same exact place I left it, but it also still happens when my niece isn't even here!

Any ideas?? I use my viewing history as a guide on which shows I'm giving more attention to than others in my queue and I can't really do that when it's full of shows I don't watch!

Note: it's almost always an episode with the "new" badge on it. A lot of times it's also shows I DO watch so I have to try to figure out which episode I'm actually on!

Changing your password was good, but it may take awhile for any hacker's cookies to expire...
Read about not using the same id and password on multiple sites, and those getting hacked here: https://haveibeenpwned.com/

Also, go here and deactivate any devices that aren't yours. Maybe to be safe, deactivate them all; you'll need to re-login to any that are actually yours. /acct/?action=devices

I've had the same problem. I changed my password to be much more secure, but it's still silly that Crunchyroll doesn't have the option to force sign out. It's quite annoying because it doesn't seem to be just one person but a few people and now my history is filled with a really random and jumbled history of shows.
I also went through the process of deactivating the many devices added recently, but my history is still filling, so I'm a bit concerned.
I'm hoping an option in account settings would be added to force relogin on devices, or something similar if you change your password.

Thanks, a lot! I didn't know there was a setting to deactivate devices.. I had devices that were still on there from 2008! I deactivated everything that was old or something I didn't recognize and I haven't had an issue ever since! I'll remember that if it ever happens again.

mordorf, I hope you can get your issue figured out! I'd try deactivating every device, not just ones you suspect could be trouble.. It worked for me, so I hope it works for you!
