So I was charged for VRV FOUR TIMES. And the reason is because the premium wasn't working and the advice on their site was to https://help.vrv.co/hc/en-us/articles/217973123-Help-My-Premium-isn-t-showing-up- unsub and resub to the combo pack. Now I have multiple charges and I have no idea what to do. Please help me. I've tried contacting help but they would tell me they'll get a Vrv Specialist, which hasn't happened yet.

Those are pre-authorizations, and don't actually mean you've been charged that many times. If you've cancelled, they should clear without actually deducting any funds from your account within a few days.
