Have you tried any of the steps outlined in this FAQ article: https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/articles/208891166-My-XBOX-ONE-app-won-t-let-me-watch-any-videos-?

You may also want to go through your /queue on the website, and remove any entries that show a blank white box where the next episode thumbnail should be.

I get this ONLY on Sundays (go figure) . When it happens on my Xbox One X , it will also do it on my S in the other room , my 360 and my android phone . Only way to get in is thru the PC .

i have removed a number of title from my queue and cleared my history. Still having this issue as of 6/20/2018. It is becoming less and less worth the price of premium.

If you're receiving a 'Something Went Wrong' error that mentions the code 0x80070bfa, I found a post online from some other Xbox users experiencing this in other apps as well. (Here if you actually feel like reading the whole thing: https://www.reddit.com/r/xboxone/comments/8fojkl/ea_access_throwing_error_codes_and_not_working/ -- If not...)

They suggest unplugging your Xbox from the power brick so that it completely turns off should fix it. Just choosing "Turn off console" will not do this.

I can confirm that I tried this fix myself just now and the app works perfectly fine now. Hopefully, this will work for you as well.

Unplugging it got it to start at all, but still crashes after a few seconds for me.
