I need help, ASAP. I want to remove my debit card information, and completely unsubscribe from my premium membership.

My two week free-trial expired, and I am trying to remove my debit card information, and cancel my subscription because I no longer use this service, nor can I afford it. Every time I try to cancel my subscription, I get an error message saying "You must have a recurring premium membership to view this page", and it says that I do have one though. I even tried "nuking my account", but it gives me another error message saying "You must remove your recurring premium membership". My billing cycle is in four more days, and I have contacted the support page, but I am worried that they will not respond as quickly.

What are my options right now? Am I able to have it removed manually? Do I have to contact my bank and have everything sorted out, and/or have to have my debit card cancelled? Do I have to wait twenty-four hours in order to cancel it? Do I have to wait until the billing cycle goes through and have my account charged into the negatives, and THEN cancel?

What can I do?

Nevermind, I might have this sorted out! But, more tips are appreciated.
