Love Live! ALL STARS Game Pushes Back Release to 2019

Technical issues will hold back upcoming smartphone game

Sadly, it seems like we'll still have to wait a while for Love Live! School Idol Festival ALL STARS — with the new release date listed as sometime in 2019.

An announcement from the official website states that, in order to maintain the quality expected of the "world's best idol game," Bushiroad will need additional develioment time. In particular, the company cites a desire to improve the frame rate of the 3DCG dance sequences.

In the interim, Bushiroad has been releasing regular content featuring its nine new idols (three upgraded from the original mobile game and six newly created for the project) across multiple apps and websties. This is expected to go on as game dev continues, so if nothing else we'll have extra time to get to meet our new stars.
