New PV released alongside screening information on the popular cyberpunk series
On September 27, the Psycho-Pass website updated with more information on the release of the franchise's third anime season. The hit Noitamina series started in 2012 and sprung from the mind of Katsuyuki Motohiro with the help of Gen Urobuchi and has since spanned two anime series, four films, a visual novel, and two manga series.
Psycho-Pass 3 follows two new rookies trying to understand the Sybil System and seek the truth in the ever changing world of Psycho-Pass.
The staff from the early 2019 film trilogy, Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System, return to helm the third season of the anime. Naoyoshi Shiotani is back in the director's chair from the other parts of the Psycho-Pass franchise. Makoto Fukami returns from the first anime season and last two Sinners of the System films to write the series alongside Ryo Yoshigami who wrote the first Sinners of the System film and Tow Ubukata from the second Psycho-Pass season, who will be writing as well as being the series composer. The series will once again be produced at Production I.G.

Psycho-Pass 3 starts airing on Fuji TV’s “Noitamina” block on October 24 with 8 episodes scheduled to air. Each episode of the series will be an hour long. The first episode will premiere on Amazon Prime in Japan on October 23, with the following episodes being released after the Fuji TV broadcast.
