Mobile puzzler that launched in 2019 will end service on November 1
If you've been depending on Mario for treatment, you might need to seek out a new medical professional, because this doc's mobile game is getting ready to call it a day. Nintendo announced plans to end service for Dr. Mario World, with the end date set for November 1.
As for in-game purchases, players will no longer be able to buy Diamonds starting on July 28, which is today! Here's what'll happen if you try to play the game after the end of service:
If you start up the Dr. Mario World game after the game's service has ended, an end-of-service notification will be displayed and you will not be able to play the game.
You will be able to look back at your play history in Dr. Mario World Memories, which is a web page that will become available after the game's service ends.
Dr. Mario World first launched on iOS and Android in July 2019.
