Crunchyroll Games Code of Conduct

Crunchyroll Games is committed to provide a fun and safe gaming experience for all players. This Code of Conduct governs all aspects of your interaction and it is your responsibility to know, understand, and abide by these guidelines.

This code of conduct is supplemental to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which you must also agree to before playing any Crunchyroll Games LLC title. It may be updated from time to time, so review regularly to ensure you are up to date with any potential violations that could lead to warnings, demotions, or suspension of your account. You are responsible for any conduct that is prohibited in the Terms of Service even if it is not covered here.

  • Communication

Please be polite and respectful to your fellow players. We will NOT tolerate:

    • Any content or language deemed to be offensive, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, sexually explicit, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, nor may you use a misspelling or an alternative spelling to circumvent the content and language restrictions listed above.
    • Inappropriate conduct or harassment towards other players. This includes any attempt to, or harass, abuse, or harm, or advocate or incite harassment, abuse or harm of another person, group, including Crunchyroll Games employees or Crunchyroll Games customer service representatives.
    • Posting other player’s personal information, including but not limited to address, phone number, e-mail address, or credit card number, without the user’s express written consent.
    • All chat is not private and not subject to the Crunchyroll Games Privacy Policy, including, but not limited to, not subject to data deletion requests
  • Cheating

Any form of cheating may result in immediate action, which may include suspending or banning you from the game or all of our games. This includes using third-party programs that exploit, hack, or otherwise modify the intended game behavior, as well as bug abuse, account sharing, or account boosting.

If you believe your account was incorrectly identified for cheating, you may reach out to our support team at crunchyroll.com/crgameshelp. Verified incidents of cheating will result in permanent and irreversible game bans.

  • Naming

Any name the player can customize (i.e. character or group) is subject to the same rules listed above. Any name that violates the Code of Conduct will be changed, and additional restrictions may apply to the account per our discretion.

While we do encourage players to report any content or behavior that violates the Code of Conduct, falsely reporting another player with the sole purpose of restricting their gameplay is also prohibited and can result in similar penalties to the offending account. Consequences for violating the Code of Conduct can include (but are not limited to) warnings, demotions, suspensions, or permanent bans from the game.

Crunchyroll Games endeavors to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all players and relies on the participation of users for enforcement. If you believe you have witnessed or been a part of a violation of our Code of Conduct, please contact us through crunchyroll.com/crgameshelp for immediate investigation.
