  • People’s taste are odd
Yeah the show starts off a little slow and the pacing ain’t the best, however the male/female dynamic is wonderful and as the story progresses, the plot thickens heavily. A lot of different aspects to the show while having some pretty good OST songs. You can’t disclude the great comedy ride as well. The Chinese comic turned anime is definitely worth a watch

  • Starts slot but worth the watch
The anime is pretty slow to get up and moving but once you give it a chance things speed up. I do wish there was more character development. I like action (fights) but if i don't really know what is going on its kinda pointless as something to hold my interest. Still enjoying the journey, so for the time being it will get a high rating. It is becoming a must watch for me every week.

  • I NEED MORE WATER Im Thirsty
wow just wow this anime is so deceptive with its constant twist and turns in character development and arc, after finishing season two my heart sunk finding the source material was only in Chinese and that I will have to wait to quell my desire for more.

  • Great anime with big potential
this is a great anime i don't understand why its not as popular as it should be, it really has great potential people are sleeping on this anime at first its weird i didn't like it for the first 1-3 episodes but afterwards its really good i know alot of great animes that had the same problem example (bleach) it was boring at first but afterwards it was very good.

  • Rough start at the beginning but unexpectedly good
At first when I watched the first four episodes I thought it was confusing and boring. Zensei was just a bunch of grave diggers and power seekers. Soran is the sorry MC with no desire or interest. But things got better and truths were revealed in an unexpected way.Tune in

  • Slow Progression, But worth it
Like the title states, it has a Slow progressions, get through season 1, there is a lot of vital info. Season 2 thus far has been Awesome! I like that there is no designated evil vs good, you get a small sense and the MC has to figure out where along the line he should walk.

  • Best Chinese Anime of 2018
    Great character, great music.
    Balanced fighting system.
Much better quality then the first season.

I thought this is going to be a horrible anime, but after I struggled and completed season 1, season becomes much more interesting with new character come in.

  • Gotta give it more than 10 episodes
Okay so I tried and tried to get into this one. It took me the first season to finally get into it. I kept watching other things and going back and watching another episode. The thing is that this anime is actually amazing if you can choke down the first season. I was really happy when it just got a million times better with the new episodes.

    CHN and JPN version.
I can understand some of the negative comments on this show. I have watched both Chinese (S2E16) and Japanese version(S2E8) of this show, and they feel completely different. This show is very well received in the Chinese community.

This show is actually Chinese, and it was made for a Chinese audience. Unlike Japanese which hardly have different accent (At lease in anime), Chinese on the ...
