  • for 3:30 this packs in depth!
I absolutely love these shorts. I feel that it captures slice-of-life adult situations better than some 100+ episode series. No one is perfect but everyone supports each other and tries to understand what drives the other person. I really enjoy this for the honesty that it puts forth and really hits the humor right on the spot.

  • Wish it was full length.
Beautiful and mature, this show gives you short glimpses of what true love looks like. A good laugh in every 3 min episode, sometimes I just laugh the whole time. I like the adult content of the show, it feels authentic.

The diversity of the characters is to be applauded and you're sure to find someone you can relate to in some way or another. My only wish is that it was so much longer or that ...

  • I hope you can understand why I love this
I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying manages to do more in 26 three minute episodes than most anime can do in much more: tell a coherent love story with family and friends all taking part. My only real criticism is that the second season episodes frequently are set prior to Kaoru's pregnancy discovery in the first season without any real warning. Well, that and there's not more episodes.

  • I play this over and over
I really loved this show. It's low commitment due to episode length. It's hilarious. It's super cute. It's occasionally raunchy. I like how it's the 'we are already married and this is what that's like' with occasional flashbacks to 'boy meets girl and other girl and...' instead of focusing on their past.

  • top tier character development for such a short run
Characters are great, and even with two series (seasons, whatever you want to call them) of <5 minute episodes they change noticeably for the better without it feeling overly forced. Relatable, good humor, plenty of more serious bits, and full of references to other great (and less great) shows and works.
The only negative thing I can say about it is how short it seems to be, you can easily watch ...

  • Absolutely Adorable!!!
Its not every day that you see an anime about a married couple. This was so sweet and funny. Each character was very unique and even though the episodes were short, they were very fulfilling. There are 2 seasons, both with 13 three minute episodes. The creators did a great job at bringing closure to this series and they made it so it didn't seem rushed. I was quite surprised that each one was 3 ...

  • A Great show no matter how many times I watch
This is really good stuff. I first watched it a few years ago now, wakakozake the anime one. It's really amusing, and good for late nights when you're too bored and tired to continue your show, or start a new one.

The characters are funny, and their relationship is sweet. I'd love a 3rd season to see them and the baby.

  • Adorable, Hilarious, Touching.
The title of this review is pretty much all you need to know. These 3-minute episodes contain more laughs and "aww"s than most rom-com animes do in half a season. It's preposterous, really, how the creators managed to do that. But they did, and there was even once or twice where I almost cried. It's a little fast paced, and it can be difficult to keep up with the subtitles and still see what's ...

  • Hilariously Relatable
In my case, the roles in this series are reversed from real life, but I loved it. I understood the main character so well, and you could tell that even though she doesn't understand her husband, she does love him.

I'd never seen an anime short like this before, and I thoroughly enjoyed the format. I didn't even realize the first episode was over until halfway through the credits. I ended up ...

  • Feed your anime appetite with THIS!!!!!!!!
I love this anime. Yes the episodes are short, but man they get to point, and they do an incredible job of packing it with enough story to make it seem like a 30 minute episode. The characters all have their own charm and uniqueness, which makes the show all better. Especially the main characters with their relationship. The anime is very slice of life but they inject it with crazy funny bits that ...
