  • An amusing 3-min anime
There isn't much I could say here that hasn't already been said about this anime, many of the 5 and 4 star reviews on here sum up the different aspects of this anime pretty well and better than I ever could.

I generally am not a big fan of 3-min anime, but this one was both a good touch of amusing, sweet, and moments of realistic relationship/marriage moments that I watched thanks to a ...

  • This was a cute and charming show
Though the events can be a bit confusing at times, the show does actually have a somewhat coherent arch. It shines a light on the nature of marriage. Mainly on the idea that it is better to learn to love each other despite the oddities that your significant other may have. Well done.

  • I want to get married now
OMG this was amazing! Like seriously, I started watching it thinking that it would be some random comedy slice of life stuff but it really tells the story of a great marriage. I swear, after watching this, I want to get married. I'd be the otaku though...

  • They do say fiction mirrors reality!
I have observed a number of traits shown in these short anime clips which match with a number of people I know. It's hilarious to watch! Enjoyable and rewatchable because of the speed of some of the jokes / translations reading time. Definitely recommended!!!

  • Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Personally I thought the whole anime was amazing. It was funny, cute, and definitely relatable. Overall the whole this was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone who is in the need of a good laugh. And it's a short anime so it doesn't take long to finish.

  • Fun, Lighthearted, and Sometimes Quite Believable!
They managed to bring light to all the main characters despite every episode just being about three minutes long. It's a really funny series, yet very heartwarming. It's sort of like 'My Love Story', but replace the 'Ogre' with an 'Otaku'
My only nitpick is that the characters are much older than they look, although story-wise, you immediately understand their age by their maturity (or moments of ...

  • This show really makes you feel warm inside
There's not much to the story, we sit back and get to watch a married couple do married couple things...and its fun! The not so common stories of newlyweds turn out to be hilarious, romantic, and crazy. The art and animation are cute, the lines are OK, but there are times the show feels a bit rushed. The protagonist is an otaku bro, so along with references to other shows there a several otaku ...

  • Adorable and funny!!!
First of all, I will start this review with I am married and have been for a few years now. Both my husband and I really relate to this show and the characters.

The only down side of this show is that the episodes are really short but that isn't that much of a big deal.

There is a lot of humor, some deep moments and a lot of happy moments. It shows that marriage isn't always happy but you ...

  • Short, Cute, and Thoughtful.
As a slice of life anime divided into 3 minute episodes, there is a surprising amount of plot. That is not to say that it is particularly complex overall, it's just a nice, simple story about two people who, despite their differences, love each other, but there is a good sense of continuity, a sense that life is indeed moving on, the characters maturing, even in the short amount of time we get to ...

  • Proof that otaku can get girls! (Quick review)
One of the best slice of life anime I've seen this decade.
Based on a four panel manga by Cool-kyō Shinja that began it's run in 2011, I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying follows hard working office lady Kaoru and her otaku husband Hajime through there daily lives as they settle in to their marriage. The two characters are complete opposites which often has them questioning why they are ...
