  • A slice of life that's true to life!
When my fiance happened upon this anime, I thought it sounded cute, but had to roll my eyes at the short length. Now that we've cuddled up in bed and watched the whole thing from beginning to end, I gotta say...
This show is definitely true to life, to at least some degree. At least once an episode, we looked at each other and one of us had to point and go "Hey look! It's you!".. More so for me ...

    Episode 11 made me cry
This is a very touching and funny series, at least for one who is married 37 years and still very much in love.
(It helps that we both have strong otaku leanings.)
I am not prone to weeping from pure sentiment, but I found episode 11, "One Person had Survived On Her Own", particularly moving.
We see Kaoru remembering her single life in a dream.
On the surface, she seems to be doing all right, ...

  • serving size that can fill starvation
    Pros:
    - To say this was not enjoyable to watch is to lie in the face of god almighty
    - Cast is small but memorable, no time is wasted by anyone
    - Chemistry is defintely the driving force, as with most shorts and SoLs, if the chemistry among the cast sucks, then the show sucks. This does not have that problem
    - The relationship between husband and wife is alien enough to be seen as not ...

  • Omggg, this was so funny and I hope I have a marriage like this only I'd be the otaku
So this was a really funny anime, of course we weren't really looking for much since it was a 3 minute episode show. So I think it did really good getting me to fall in love with the character with only 3 minutes a week. This was a show that I waited for last season, and I think I even got my Quick Draw award because of this show...
Anyway, highly recommended; its a really good laugh guys

  • Hilarious yet Touching
This show started out funny, and then stayed funny while also throwing in an unexpectedly good amount of cute/touching/heartwarming moments. There's also a few funny references that will add to the value, depending on how well versed you are in your geeky stuff. I got enough of it to appreciate it.

It's a very, very short anime but it's an instant favorite for me. It does what it needs to do to ...

  • I have had these moments
This could only have been produced by someone who has people who don't understand your love of anime.

The short (<4 minutes) episodes keep the stories from dragging and it is nice to see moments seemingly out of my own life with people just not understanding my geeky side.

Light and easy to watch, this is just a fun series that you can watch entirely in under an hour.

  • Perfect for a Quick Laugh
This is one of the few short episode anime series' that I can watch and honestly say is funny. Other short anime like this that I've seen, try too hard to shove in a plot and storyline.

This anime knows that its only got enough time for a few jokes and a beginning-and-end to each episode. So the episodes have an overarching ideal or message they're trying to portray, but it's told through ...

  • A realistic slice of life
Way to short for its own good! The show's title is self explanatory but just in case, it's about a married couple in which the husband is an Otaku yet the wife still loves him.

A lot of references to other animes and such. A must watch for a little time killing.

UPDATE: Season 2 continues what is already great.

  • An unexpected pleasure
    This anime really surprised me.

I didn't think that 3 minute episodes could really hold its own in the way of story telling but I was wrong. There is a lot of charm in the show and it's due to the two main characters, but more importantly their relationship with each other. The show has a few moments that conveys that life is not a fairy tale and many times people get married for less then ...

  • Hits too close to home
This mini-series is so adorable and funny, but it definitely reminds me of my hubby and me. The main characters truly do love each other and seeing a realistic, loving, couple in an anime is very refreshing. Far too often, animes have a "twilight" complex where one is too perfect and the love is very superficial or shallow. This anime had just the right balance of everything, from drama to ...
