  • It's not the best but I really liked it.
It's really just a very unoriginal story and idea. Overpowered dude makes every girl he meets fall in love with him. Alright.
But the pure sweetness of the writing is what kinda hooked me.
If you want a lighthearted anime to pass a boring day by, this one is for you.
    It's just cute.

  • Im going to be brutally honest, its bad and it doesn't get better
cliff notes: it sucks, don't watch it.

    long review:
After fully completing the season all. If you are looking for a wish fulfillment or a show that's a great learning example for how not to tell a story, this is the show for you. Or if you are versed in the mystic arts of "turning off your brain" then i guess it really doesn't matter what youre watching, so this is for you too by default. ...

  • It's really not that bad
I'm not picky about my anime. Though lately harem anime have become annoying with the constant battle over who is going to win the guys love. That is one of the main reasons I like Isekai Smartphone. This Adventure/Harem anime, is one of the few I've seen where they don't fight for the main characters affections. It's a really nice change of pace.

Now, I've seen people complain about Touya ...

  • bland show, but fun to watch
This show is absolutely fun to watch. I'm hooked.
Even people who posted 1-star reviews say they've enjoyed their time watching this show.
But why are they still rating it down? Why am I just giving it 3 stars if I'm enjoying this show so much?

The show is just here to make you happy. It's just a smooth-sailing plot with a smooth romance where no one gets left behind. You won't ever get ...

  • Real world technology meet magical world
It's true main character could be bland but they always make him interesting and relatable for those who want to discover another way of life. The way of introducing other characters could also be a normal meeting (except the three girls) There would be people who take advantage of his power but he doesn't because he is in his teens.

  • Too boring, No actual twists
As great as the anime plot sounds it's not as great as it sounds...Alot of people like OP characters and Harem but this character is way too OP and everything goes well for him. There aren't exactly any problems in the series so not much interest nor, comedy; Konosuba is much better because of the comedy. Also, the idea of a dude suddenly dying, god gives him god powers or whatever, he suddenly ...

  • This is amazingly bad
The main character is there for wish fulfillment, conflicts are created to be resolved within 3 minute, the animation and music are completely unremarkable, there is no plot, the writing is so bad I would believe you if you told me a middle schooler wrote it.

I could go on, but seeing as I've reached the required character count for crunchyroll's review system I'll stop now.

  • Simple Fun but not much for plot.
IAWWMS is a simple anime where the protagonist is thrown into another world filled with magic. He is given extraordinary magical talent so he basically never has a hard time solving any problem. And because of his near god like powers he has gathered a harem.

  • From interesting world building to a bore-fest harem anime
The anime started interesting. There is some great world-building and using the smartphone as a magic tool is a fun idea. I even overlook the fact that he's way too overpowered (he probably could cure cancer within minutes), as long as the story stays interesting. But it went downhill when there were so many girls to count that all fall in love with him, become jealous from the smallest things ...

    Ehhh... Smartphone's overpower protagonists???
This show was sort of pushed onto my radar by a friend who explained the concept to me super roughly and I was like "whatever, let's go." Now, this anime doesn't have anything super original because it's one of those different universe animes but he has a smartphone now. Wild twist, am I right? Well, that's as exciting as it gets. Homie has literally all of the universe's knowledge at the ...
