Honoka and her friends decide to form a school idol group to increase the number of their school's prospective students.
Despite meeting resistance from student council president Ayase Eli, the girls succeed in obtaining permission to use the auditorium for their first concert. They decided to accept submissions for group names, and Kotori takes over designing their outfits while Umi writes lyrics. Then their training begins.
