    Japanese retailers today started accepting pre-orders for Kotobukiya's new 1/8 scale ARTFX J figure of Reinhard Heydrich, one of the main characters of the TV anime Dies irae based on Light's supernatural fantasy visual novel series, for an October 2018 release.   • TV Anime "Love is Like a Cocktail" 14th Episode is Now in The Works

    Its previous 13 episodes have been available on Crunchyroll

    It was announced at the talk event for the TV anime adaptation of Crystal na Yosuke's Osake wa Fufu ni Natte kara/Love is Like a Cocktail slice-of-life comedy manga at Machi Asobi Vol.20 in Tokushima Prefecture on May 4 that its 14th episode is now in the works.   • The Matsuno Six Brothers Send Their Messages for "Mr. Osomatsu" Second Season Final Episode

    The final episode is set to be aired at 25:35 on March 26 (JST)

    To promote the upcoming final 25th episode of the second season of the TV anime Osomatsu-san/Mr. Osomatsu, Avex Pictures' official YouTube channel has posted six version trailers narrated by each character of the Matsuno six brothers: Osomatsu, Karamatsu, Choromatsu, Ichimatsu, Jyushimatsu, and Todomatsu.     Akiba Souken, a Japanese news site dedicated to the Akihabara-related pop culture/products, has revealed the result of its online popularity poll for the fall 2017 TV anime. As expected, the previous season's most buzzed-about title DYNAMIC CHORD dominated the ranking, getting almost three times more votes than the second most popular series Blend S.   • "Mr.Osomatsu" Spin-Off Web Short Series "dMatsu-san" Releases Teaser Trailer

    New episode will be added every Tuesday at noon (JST)

    As reported, the largest Japanese mobile phone operator NTT Docomo's streaming service dTV today starts streaming dMatsu-san, a 12-episode original spin-off web short series inspired by the ongoing TV anime Osomatsu-san/Mr. Osomatsu. A 15-second teaser trailer is now available on the service's official YouTube channel.

  • YMO's Yukihiro Takahashi Produces "Mr.Osomatsu" 2nd Season 2nd ED Song

    New ED song "Otona ÷6 × Kodomo × 6" will be revealed on January 8

    The official Japanese website for the Mr. Osomatsu TV anime series announced today that its ongoing second season's second ED song "Otona ÷6 × Kodomo × 6" is performed by 16 Japanese artists and the six voice actors of the Matsuno brothers. Acclaimed singer/drummer Yukihiro Takahashi (YMO, Sadistic Mika Band) served as producer and joined the recording as one of the singers. Hit the jump for more details.

    Avex Broadcasting & Communications Inc. announced today on December 5 that dMatsu-san, an original spin-off web short series inspired by the ongoing TV anime Osomatsu-san/Mr. Osomatsu, will be streamed for 12 episodes on the largest Japanese mobile phone operator NTT Docomo's streaming service dTV weekly from January 9, 2018.     A-1 Pictures-produced TV anime adaptation is now available on Crunchyroll

    According to Oricon's daily single chart, "THE [email protected] SideM ANIMATION PROJECT 01 'Reason!!'" sold 5,338 copies and finally took the top spot on the sixth day after release, beating seven-member Japanese boy idol group Kanjani Eight's latest 40th single "Outou-seyo" with 4,378 copies, also released on the same day, November 15.     The official website for two-member Japanese rock unit Do As Infinity has posted a 100-second music video for their upcoming 31st single song "Keshin no Jyuu," the ED theme for the ongoing TV anime JUNI TAISEN: ZODIAC WAR. As the title suggests, Tomiko Van (vocal) and Ryo Owatari (guitar) gradually transform into their beast human form while performing in the clip.
