  • Sentai Filmworks Announces "Gatchaman Crowds Insight" English Dub Cast

    DVD and Blu-ray release scheduled for October 22

    On November 22nd, Section23 will be distributing Sentai Filmworks' release of Gatchaman Crowds Insight on DVD and Blu-ray. Preparing for the release, they announced the English dub cast for the second season of the revival of the classic Tatsunoko science ninja team. Get a look after the jump.

  • Section23 Films Announces November Release Slate

    "Knights of Sidonia Season 2: Battle for Planet Nine" among planned home videos

    Home video distributor Section23 Films today announced its November slate of releases, which includes Sentai Filmworks’ science fiction Knights of Sidonia Season 2: Battle for Planet Nine, available on DVD, Blu-ray and Collector’s Edition Premium Box Set. At least in terms of number of releases, it looks like it's going to be a comparably affordable month for anime fans. Get the details after the jump.

    The feature opened in Japan on April 23rd and Pixiv already has over 16,000 tagged art posts

    Angel Cop's Taku Kitazaki got in relatively early sharing his tribute to of Disney's 3DCG movie movie Zootopia, but among Japan's creative community he's far from the feature's only fan.     2015 was a busy year for Gatchaman Crowds original character designer Kinako. In addition to summer's Insight, there was work on Nisio Isin's Pretty Boy Detective Team - The Dark Star That Only Shines for You light novel for Kodansha's new Taiga imprint imprint and PS Vita otome visual novel Kyoukai no Shirayuki.
