Eizan Electric Railway Company, headquartered in Sakyo-ku, Kyoto, will launch a collaboration campaign with Namori's slice-of-life comedy manga YuruYuri from July 4. "Cho Kabuki," the kabuki play series featuring virtual idol Hatsune Miku and acclaimed kabuki actor Shidou Nakamura was launched at Nico Nico Chokaigi in 2016, and has become one of the most popular programs. As reported, the crowdfunding for a new short anime featuring the Kyoto-city Subway7s mascot girls was held in March 2016 and collected an amazing 10,422,000 yen, which was ten times more than its initial goal of one million yen. The anime was completed in May 2017 and after several screening events, it has been streamed on Kyoto Municipal Transportation Bureau's official YouTube channel for free.
