The official website for the upcoming original live-action film Character has posted a 110-second teaser trailer. The screenplay for the original dark suspense film is written by Takashi Nagasaki, known as the producer/co-creator of Naoki Urasawa's manga series including 20th Century Boys and PLUTO. It is confirmed today that 69-year-old internationally acclaimed anime director Mamoru Oshii (Mobile Police Patlabor, Ghost in The Shell) joins an upcoming live-action film Hanataba Mitaina Koi wo Shita (We fell in love like a bouquet of flowers) as an actor. The latest ending theme for Season 3 of My Hero Academia, "Long Hope Philia" by Masaki Suda, was released today as a single in Japan, and to celebrate the release the official TOHO Animation Channel on Youtube has published a non-credit version of the ending animation. Hit the jump to check it out.
The ongoing third season of the My Hero Academia TV anime will enter its second cour from July 14. The anime's official website announced the new OP and ED songs for the next cour: "Make my story" by four-member Japanese rock band Lenny code fiction and "Long Hope Philia" by 25-year-old actor Masaki Suda (Philip/Kamen Rider Double in Kamen Rider W, Shinpachi Shimura in Gintama).
