Science fiction romantic comedy Urusei Yatsura will continue with a second season that is scheduled to broadcast in Japan in 2024, and now a new key visual has been released to celebrate the announcement of the next installment. Read on for more.
Ahead of the broadcast of Urusei Yatsura’s 20th episode on March 2, the TV anime announced that three new, very delinquent, characters will be joining the series, revealing not only their voice actors but also releasing character art for each. All after the jump!
Urusei Yatsura is getting some trendy threads with the help of Japanese streetwear brand BEAMS, a bunch of Japanese artists and cosplayer-turned My Dress-Up Darling anime opening theme singer Akari Akase. With the Urusei Yatsura TV anime continuing this season, it’s only right that more of Lum and Ataru’s all-star friends continues to expand. The official Twitter account for the series announced today that Tobimaro will be making a return, this time voiced by Yuki Kaji, who is best known as Eren Jaeger in Attack on Titan.
