    Early news out of Annecy International Animation Film Festival is that the booth by Japanese company Genco at the MIFA film market sports a poster for an anime adaptation of Pluto, Naoki Urasawa's mature remake of Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy classic "The Greatest Robot on Earth." The Eisner nominated manga was released in North America by Viz.

    After presenting it for limited theatrical screenings last month, the Japan Animator Expo showcase of shorts from Dwango and Evangelion creator Hideaki Anno's Studio Khara is now streaming Mobile Police Patlabor - Reboot on its site. The mecha anime is being presented with available English subtitles through February 28, 2017.
