    New York-based film distributor GKIDS has announced that they've acquired the North American distribution rights for RIDE YOUR WAVE (known in Japan as Kimi to, Nami ni Noretara), the latest anime theatrical film from director Masaaki Yuasa (Lu Over the Wall, Devilman Crybaby) and studio Science Saru which tells a story of two young lovers that are torn apart when tragedy strikes only to be miraculously reunited.
