The official Twitter for Kodansha' bimonthly manga magazine ITAN announced today on July 4 that a live-action TV drama adaptation of Haruko Kumota's rakugo (traditional storytelling performance)-themed manga Showa Genroku Rakugo Shinju will be aired for 10 episodes on NHK General TV from 22:00 on October 12, 2018.
