    Two of the leading cast members and a spectral new key visual have been revealed for Durarara!!, an upcoming stage play that will be produced in Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka in April and May of 2020 that is based on the series of light novels written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda about strange happenings in the town of Ikebukuro.     Durarara!!, a TV anime based on the light novel series written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda about strange things happening in the city of Ikebukuro, is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a stage play adaptation that will tread the boards in Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka in April and May of 2020.     The live-action adaptation of Yasuomi Umetsu’s (Wizard Barristers, Galilei Donna) violent crime tragedy anime Kite, starring Samuel L. Jackson stars as corrupt detective Karl Aker with India Eisley as young assassin Sawa in the film, hits Japan on April 11th. To promote it, a host of names from anime and manga have endorsed the film's respect for the original OVA and combining its unique elements with the spectacle action movie. More after the jump.

    Following the week's earlier Kiki and Nadia sketches, last night, Suzuhito Yasuda, creator of Yozakura Quartet, artist on the Durarara!! light novels and character designer on the new Ai Tenchi Muyo!, recently declared on Twitter that he was going to take a break and do a couple of quick sketches.     Last night, Suzuhito Yasuda, creator of Yozakura Quartet, artist on the Durarara!! light novels and character designer on the new Ai Tenchi Muyo!, recently declared on Twitter that he was going to take a break and do a couple of quick sketches.
