The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (known in Japan as Toki wo Kakeru Shōjo), a classic 1965 romantic science fiction novel about a high school girl who accidentally acquires the power to time-travel, is being adapted into a stage-play that will run for 10 performances at the Panasonic Globe Theatre in Tokyo in February of 2018. It has been confirmed that a three-disc Blu-ray box set of Mamoru Hosoda's 2006 anime film Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo/The Girl Who Leapt Through Time is set for a release on November 25, 2016, for the film's 10th anniversary.
